The Cape, winelands and Garden Route
There are hundreds of small country guesthouses and bed and breakfast places where you can sit back and take in the surrounding climate, culture and all tha is the cape. You will most likely want to look at car rental in cape town and driving to either one of the many wonderful hotels located on the beach or one of the more peacful country guesthouses.
Other places of interest may be Table Mountain, Robben Island, shopping and dinning out and touring the cape winelands.
The western cape has several old wine estates tucked away near Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschoek. It is at these wine estates where you can enjoy wine tastings, lunches and even a great round of golf.
This region of South Africa is famous for it's beautiful coastal scenery (which is nothing short of spectacular), of rolling winelands, of magical country house hotels, exquisite restaurants and championship golf courses.
